Composition and release form
1 ml of drops for oral administration contains iron 2 mg, zinc 1.1 mg, sodium 0.64 mg, magnesium 0.40 mg, manganese 0.31 mg, potassium 0.28 mg, copper 0.25 mg, molybdenum 0. 19 mg, vanadium 0.12 mg, nickel 0.11 mg, boron 0.10 mg, fluorine 0.09 mg, chlorine 0.03 mg, cobalt 0.025 mg, glycerol 6 mg, sodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid 2.4 mg, glycine 2.3 mg, L(+)-tartaric acid 1.6 mg, succinic acid 0.50 mg, L(+)-ascorbic acid 0.3 mg; in bottles of 30 and 100 ml, 1 bottle in a box.
Dosage:
In case of prophylactic use: For body weight 10-20 kg - 5 drops 2 times a day. With a body weight of 20-40 kg - 10 drops 2 times a day. For body weight over 40 kg - 20 drops 2 times a day. In case of use for the treatment of conditions listed in the indications: With a body weight of 10-20 kg - 10 drops 2 times a day. With a body weight of 20-40 kg - 20 drops 2 times a day. For body weight over 40 kg - 20 drops 3 times a day. When used to improve the general condition and well-being of patients with cancer whose body weight exceeds 40 kg, on the recommendation of a doctor, daily doses exceeding the above, but not more than 120 drops per day, can be used. In such cases, it is recommended to divide the daily dose into 4-5 doses in equal parts.
Indications for the drug Beresh Plus® Drops
Prevention and treatment of metabolic disorders of mineral substances (micro- and macroelements) due to inadequate or unbalanced nutrition (including against the background of special diets, chronic alcoholism, diabetes mellitus, pregnancy, breastfeeding), significant physical activity; increased fatigue, general weakness, lethargy, insomnia, lack of appetite, decreased resistance to infectious diseases, pain in chronic degenerative diseases of bones and joints, headache, menopause, pre- and postoperative periods, convalescence period; during antibiotic therapy, chemotherapy and radiation therapy (as an adjuvant to reduce side effects).
Contraindications.
There are known cases of hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any excipients (allergy to metals), severe renal failure, as well as diseases associated with impaired metabolism of iron and copper (including hemochromatosis, hemosiderosis, Wilson's disease).
Special precautions.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. During pregnancy or breastfeeding, the drug can be used taking into account the recommended daily doses (after consultation with a doctor). The ability to influence the reaction rate when driving a vehicle or working with other mechanisms. When using the drug in recommended doses, no negative effects are observed. Children. The drug should be used in children weighing more than 10 kg. Interactions
To avoid overdose or antagonistic interactions, drops should not be used simultaneously with other drugs that contain trace elements.
At least 2 hours must pass between the use of drugs containing penicillamine, bisphosphonates, fluoroquinolones, tetracyclines and the drug Beres Plus Drops (due to physico-chemical interactions, the absorption of the drug may change).
An interval of at least 1 hour must be maintained between taking the drug and other medications.
It is not recommended to take the drug with milk or coffee, as this impairs the absorption of its active ingredients.
With the simultaneous use of antacid drugs containing aluminum, calcium, magnesium, iron absorption is reduced.
Pharmacological properties

- zinc plays an important role in protein synthesis, carbohydrate metabolism, affects the growth and development of body cells, the functioning of the nervous system, the functioning of the immune system, and is necessary during pregnancy;
- magnesium is involved in energy processes, is a structural element for the formation of bones and teeth, regulates the permeability of cell membranes and organelles, which increases the elasticity of the walls of blood vessels, improves the contractility of the heart muscle, reduces the risk of arrhythmia, indirectly increases the activity of the antioxidant defense system, and has antithrombotic activity ;

- copper affects the immune status, antioxidant defense of the body;
- molybdenum is part of a number of enzymes involved in the detoxification of substances foreign to the body and plays an important role in the regulation of reproductive function;
- Vanadium and nickel normalize the content of cholesterol in the blood plasma, an increased level of which is an important risk factor for the development of cardiovascular diseases;
- boron is involved in the metabolism of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus, which are necessary for the development of bone tissue;
- fluoride affects calcium content in bones;

Beresh Plus drops increase the body's nonspecific resistance to various diseases. The drops are almost non-toxic when taken long-term and do not have embryotoxic or teratogenic effects.

Indications for use

Contraindications
When taking extremely high doses (several orders of magnitude higher than recommended), the following may be observed: nausea, abdominal discomfort, and a feeling of a metallic taste. In this case, you should stop taking the drug. Treatment is symptomatic. No cases of overdose have been reported to date.

Adults: 1 drop per 2 kg of body weight per day, divide the resulting number of drops into 2 doses.
Treatment doses:
