The drug in both forms is taken according to the same regimen. If the supplement is used for health purposes, the tablets should be taken with meals. Spirulina for weight loss is taken at least half an hour before meals. 3-4 g of Spirulina, washed down with two glasses of water, can replace one of the meals.
