Cream (ointment) for external use contains 1 gram of the active ingredient - terbinafine hydrochloride per 100 grams of product. The medicine also contains: urea, cetostearyl alcohol, imidomerea, liquid paraffin, water, butylated hydroxytoluene, macrogol cetostearate, poloxamer, propylene glycol, petroleum jelly.

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics
Active ingredient with a broad antifungal spectrum of action. Terbinafine stops the synthesis of ergosterol (inhibits the enzyme squalene epoxidase ), thereby disrupting the biosynthetic processes in fungal cells. The drug is active against dimorphic fungi, dermatophytes and various molds .
The medicine does not affect hormonal levels or the metabolism of other drugs. The urea contained in the product promotes better penetration of the product into cells and accelerates tissue repair processes in areas affected by the fungus.
After taking the tablets for 2 hours, the maximum is reached. concentration in blood plasma. About 90% of the substance binds to proteins in plasma.
The substance tends to accumulate in the sebaceous glands, hair follicles , hair, and after 7-14 days of regular use - in the nail plates and the stratum corneum of the skin .
The half-life is 16-19 hours, the drug is excreted through the kidneys (its inactive metabolites ) and with the stratum corneum of the skin. For persons with liver or kidney disease, the elimination period from the body may be prolonged.
