Action
Narine-forte is a concentrated symbiotic fermented milk product of microbial origin, developed and produced since 2004. It is obtained by cultivating the main beneficial (obligate) human microbes - acidophilus lactobacilli and bifidobacteria in bioreactors, in a special nutrient medium based on cow's milk. The product has the appearance of a beige emulsion.
The composition of Narine-forte includes: a liquid concentrate of acidophilic bacteria of the acid-resistant strain “Narine TNSi” (Tomsk Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Virion”, patent No. 2176668, 2001) and a complex liquid concentrate of bifidobacteria containing strains - B. bifidum 791 / BAG State Research Center for Vital Medicine “Vector” (patent No. 2165454, 2001), B. longum. All of the listed strains are deposited in the All-Russian Collection of Industrial Microorganisms (VKPM, Moscow) and are used for the production of dry dietary supplement - the drug "Narine TNSi" (NPO Virion) and dietary supplement - liquid concentrate of bifidobacteria "Bifidum - BAG" (CJSC "Vector- BiAlgam"). The concentration of living microorganisms in the preparations is very high - up to 109 microbial bodies per 1 ml.
Acidophilic bacteria of the Narine TNSi strain and bifidobacteria of the B.bifidum 791/BAG strain have a high degree of acid resistance (up to 500 degrees Turner), therefore they effectively overcome the acidic gastric barrier and reach the large intestine in a safe state. This is their radical difference from all currently known liquid forms of probiotics.
Special production techniques make it possible to track the maturity of the Narine-Forte cell population and stop their further development in time when cultivated in a bioreactor, preventing them from transitioning to a state of old age. For this reason, finished preparations contain only young cells of microorganisms that have the maximum ability to reproduce (already in the patient’s intestines when taking the drug).
Narine-forte also contains enzymatic hydrolysates of baker's yeast.
Mechanisms of corrective action of Narine-forte
Narine-forte has pronounced bactericidal activity against a wide range of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms (causative agents of dysentery, pathogenic E. coli, streptococci, staphylococci, Proteus, etc.), recommended by the Institute of Nutrition of the Russian Federation for dietary and preventive products.
The creation of a temporary artificial biocenosis is the most important mechanism of action of probiotics. Living cells of acido- and bifidobacteria Narine-forte take root in the intestines only for a short time. Strong proteolytic enzymes of acidobacteria THCi hydrolyze some of the bifidobacteria cells and release from them the enzymes involved in the breakdown of lactose and cow's milk protein. The listed metabolic features of the bifidobacteria strain in Narine-fort allow it to be used for secondary intolerance to lactose and cow's milk protein.

This story happened in the 70s of the last century in Armenia. The husband and wife worked in the laboratory of fermentation microorganisms at one of the research institutes. They had a granddaughter, and out of purely scientific interest, they took meconium . Meconium is a brownish-red mucus found in the intestines that precedes a newborn's stool. In a drop of this substance they found millions of lactobacilli, which are commonly called lactic bacteria. Having inoculated these microorganisms, scientists began to conduct research with them and found an environment in which they persist and actively develop.
At four years old, my granddaughter is admitted to intensive care with an acute intestinal infection. No medicine helps her, the child is on the verge of life and death. The grandparents are in despair, they pray to God so that the baby does not die. And now they are struck by the idea that only an auto-strain can save the child, that is, the introduction into the girl’s body of bacteria once taken from her own meconium. Pediatrics - for children in the complex treatment of various inflammatory diseases, especially with antibiotic and hormonal therapy; - for dysbacteriosis, allergic dermatoses, intestinal dysfunctions, etc. lasting up to 30 days or more.
Gastroenterology - in the complex treatment of gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcers, cholecystitis, pancreatitis, diabetes, liver diseases, colitis, enterocolitis, dysbiosis, etc.

After the remainder of the umbilical cord falls off, Narine-Forte is instilled with sterile eye pipettes into the umbilical wound 6 times a day (with each feeding of the newborn); — to prevent cracked nipples in postpartum mothers, the nipple and peripapillary area of the mammary gland are carefully treated with a sterile gauze swab, generously moistened with Narine-Forte, before and after each feeding (6 times a day). If nipple cracks form, a sterile cloth moistened with Narine-Forte is applied after feeding and remains until the next feeding; - for the prevention of intrauterine infection of the fetus - starting from 2-3 months of pregnancy: a sterile turunda is generously irrigated with the drug and left in the vagina for 10-12 hours. The procedure is repeated monthly for 7-10 days; - for cervical erosions, thrush, vaginitis and other chronic inflammatory diseases of the female genital organs - intravaginal tampons are made with Narine-Forte. The course of application is 12-14 days.
Surgery and traumatology - for purulent wounds, postoperative suppuration, burns; — when carrying out antibacterial therapy in the pre- and postoperative period, including for the prevention of secondary purulent complications.
Dentistry - for the correction of stomatitis, gingivitis, periodontal disease - applications with Narine-Forte (hold in the mouth for 1-2 minutes). Duration of use is 7 -14 days.
