Combined herbal preparation. The composition of the active substances includes extracts and powders of medicinal plants: Mimosa pudica, Eclipta alba, Chinese twig, Calendula officinalis
which help reduce pain, bleeding and inflammation in the area of hemorrhoids, and accelerate the healing process of anal fissures. Camphor improves microcirculation, thereby having an antiseptic, local analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.
Pylex tablets are a multicomponent herbal remedy, the effectiveness of which is due to the complex action of its components. The medicinal plants that make up Pylex tablets have anti-inflammatory, decongestant, venotonic, wound-healing, membrane-stabilizing, antimicrobial and antioxidant effects. When using Pylex tablets, there is a decrease in venous stagnation, swelling, hyperemia and other signs of the inflammatory process in acute and chronic hemorrhoids in the acute stage. The drug helps improve microcirculation, accelerate the healing process, and reduce the likelihood of infection. Thanks to its calming and mild laxative effect, the use of the drug Pilex facilitates the process of defecation in case of chronic constipation accompanying hemorrhoids.

Approximately 60% of patients taking Palexia extended-release film-coated tablets experienced side effects, mostly of mild or moderate intensity. The most common of these were disorders of the gastrointestinal tract and central nervous system (nausea, dizziness, constipation, headache and drowsiness).

When taking the drug Palexia orally in long-acting film-coated tablets for up to 1 year, cases of mild withdrawal syndrome were observed with abrupt interruption of therapy; their severity was classified as mild. However, physicians should consider the possibility of withdrawal syndrome and provide appropriate treatment if it occurs.
The risk of suicidal thoughts is higher in patients suffering from chronic pain. In addition, drugs with a pronounced effect on the monoaminergic system increase the risk of suicidal behavior in patients suffering from depression, especially at the beginning of treatment. Clinical studies and post-marketing experience with tapentadol have shown no evidence of an increased risk.

Directions for use and dosage
Pills:
Inside.
Adults: 2 tablets 2 times a day after meals.
The duration of the course of therapy is 14 days.

Precautionary measures
There may be a short-term burning sensation at the application site, which goes away on its own after a few minutes. The therapeutic effect of the drug Pilex develops gradually. Cases of drug overdose have not been described.
Side effect
Allergic reactions are possible. After applying the ointment, a slight burning sensation and tingling around the anus may occur for 10-15 minutes.
