pharmachologic effect

The drug contains valerian, hops, mint, this composition determines the effect of the drug on the human body. The natural substances that evening valerian contains have a tranquilizing, sedative effect on the body.

The drug also regulates the activity of the heart, has a moderate hypotensive effect, and a mild antispasmodic effect.

Valerian officinalis has a calming effect, reducing stimulation of the nervous system and regulating the activity of the heart. Under the influence of valerian, there is an improvement in the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, the severity of spasms of the esophagus decreases, and bile is excreted. Valerian helps overcome sleep problems, in particular insomnia .

Under the influence of mint , strength is restored, nervousness and strong agitation that arise due to lack of sleep are eliminated. Mint activates the protective functions of the epidermis and improves the color of the skin.
