Easily penetrates deep into tissues without damaging biological membranes. In the presence of pus and necrotic masses, the antibacterial effect remains. Dioxomethyltetrahydropyrimidine, normalizing nucleic acid metabolism, stimulates regeneration processes in wounds, growth and granulation maturation of tissue, epithelization, and has an anti-inflammatory (dehydrating) effect.

Indications for use

For adults and children, the drug is applied once a day directly to damaged areas of the skin at the rate of 0.3 g per 1 cm2 of the wound surface or applied to sterile gauze napkins at the rate of 0.3-0.6 g per 1 cm2 of the wound surface, cover the damaged area with a napkin area of ​​skin and secure with a bandage. Deep wounds are loosely filled with sterile gauze pads soaked in the drug.
