This is a sterile isotonic sodium chloride solution, the pH level of which is close to the natural secretory fluid of the nasal mucosa. Otrivin Baby is intended for moisturizing and cleansing the nasal mucosa in case of dryness and irritation during colds, adverse environmental conditions, as well as for daily hygiene of the nasal cavity:

• helps maintain the normal physiological state of the nasal mucosa.
• helps thin mucus and facilitates its removal from the nose, increases the resistance of the nasal mucosa to pathogenic bacteria and viruses.
• helps remove allergens from the nasal mucosa in case of allergic rhinitis.

Directions for use and doses

Interaction with other drugs

Incompatible with MAO inhibitors and tricyclic antidepressants.

Contraindications

Intranasally. The procedure can be performed in any position of the patient.

Frequency of use: 1 spray into each nostril 2-4 times a day or more often, if necessary.

Mode of application:

1. Remove the protective cover. Before first use, press the spray device several times, pointing the bottle upward, until a uniform spray appears.

2. Place the tip vertically at the base of the nasal passage.

3. Press down on the base of the tip, spraying the spray into the nasal passage.

4. Repeat the procedure for the second nasal passage.
